By using Hearthworth or submitting a project inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Lead matching

Hearthworth is a homeowner publication. We do not perform contracting work. When you submit a project inquiry, we may share your contact details and project scope with our matched local provider so they can offer a free in-home estimate. Hearthworth is not responsible for the work performed by, or the terms agreed between you and, the matched provider or any contractor they assign.

Express written consent

By submitting a project inquiry and checking the consent box, you give your express written consent for Hearthworth and its matched local provider to contact you at the phone number you provided, including by automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS, for purposes of confirming and scheduling your free in-home estimate, even if the number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.

No warranty

Hearthworth content is provided for general informational purposes only. We make no warranties as to the accuracy of project pricing, timelines, or product comparisons. Project pricing, timelines, and warranty terms are determined by the matched local provider at the in-home estimate, not by Hearthworth.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of Hearthworth shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
